shortcut to enter your email on mobile device

how many times do you need to type your email on your phone or iPad?

use text replacement to type a short code and have the device replace it with your email (or any other frequently typed text)

• text replacement in settings

• settings > general > keyboard > text replacement > +

• enter the phrase (email address) and the shortcut

• use letters that don't normally go together

• note: may have to delete a space after email on a username field

• settings > language and input > google keyboard > text correction > personal dictionary > language > '+ add'
